THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR & 06/100 PESOS
ONLY (p1,184,154.06), from ESTELA R. FRANCISCO, as
administrator of the estate of Ruben C. Francisco, representing my share
as one of the heirs of Ruben R. Francisco Jr., who in turn is one of the
heirs of the Estate of Ruben R. Francisco, Sr., from the sale of the Las
Piñas property declared under TCT No. 005-2014000569, of the
Registry of Deeds of Las Piñas City, Philippines, do hereby RELEASE
AND QUITCLAIM forever, from any and all manner of action or actions,
criminal, civil, or administrative, in whatever kind and nature that I may
have against ESTELA R. FRANCISCO, her heirs, successors-in-interest,
assignees, or persons rendering services during her reign as administrator
of the estate of Ruben C. Francisco, Sr., now or in the future, wholly or
partially, directly or indirectly arising from the above-mentioned
properties.

That I freely declare that I am signing this deed voluntarily.
