General Notes: 
★ AIDS Benefit is a part of UT, and all staff members are considered members of UT 
★ Lots of fundraising ideas! 
○ Chris- Staged reading fundraiser 
○ Connor- Discount cards 
○ Kelsey- More food-involved fundraisers 
○ Emma- text-to-give campaigns 
○ Georgia- partner with UT for open mic nights to place bets/donations on 
favorites like horse races 
○ Brandon- Working with restaurants, Movie night (if we can make it happen 
ethically), Ice cream social 
○ Becs- Harvest Day (Pumpkin carving, kids face painting, maybe work with 
SPARC) 
○ Myles- Car wash 
○ Gabi- Poptivism- design a popsocket, sell them, proceeds go to Broadway 
Cares 

Director: 
★ We want to be the most collaborative leaders we can be 
★ More fun, less stress for both staff and cast 

Producer: 
★ Keep thoughts of fundraising ideas flowing! 

Publicity: 
★ Jacqueline- RA for the next year, liaison between Reslife and UT 
○ For student previews 
○ For new people in dorms who don’t know UT 
★ Vlogging started at Easter Bonnet, hoping to continue and have videos and such for 
publicity 
★ Website is a learning tool rather than publicity 
★ Reaching out to high schools 

Music: 
★ Be on the lookout for an assistant 

Choreography: 
★ Rehearsal videos! 
★ Looking into the idea of dance captains 
★ Talked to Gretchen and UDC officers: interested in having a number

★ Collaborate early on concepts with Chris and Liz

★ When looking for songs, think about mic usage 
○ No more than 6 mics in one number is ideal 
★ Working on pre-show 

Costumes:

Stage Management: 
★ Cast appreciation day for when there isn’t a rehearsal 
★ Remember to keep in constant contact with Rachel if you need anything!
