Sub: Seeking approval for compilation of shortcoming documents from

the participated bidders vides NIT No: BKJ/ MMD-029 Vol. XIV/18-19
dated: 01.11.2018 for Transportation of Materials from various parts of
India to CCI, Bokajan Cement Factory by Road and vice versa.
BKO-Tender Committee assembled at Conference Hall on 28.03.2019 for opening the
Techno-commercial bids of NIT No: BKJ/MMD-029 Vol. XIV/18-19 dated: 01.11.2018
for Transportation of Materials from various parts of India to CCI, Bokajan Cement
Factory by road and vice versa. During opening of the tender, the Committee received
following three bidders that have been participated of above NIT:
1. M/s. Price Transport Corpration, Guwahati.
2. M/s. Transolutions Pvt. Ltd., Guwahati.
3. M/s. ATO (India) Ltd., Kolkata.
After opening of the techno-commercial bids following comparative statement has been
prepared and summarized below:

submitted by the following bidders:

1. M/s. Price Transport Corporation, Guwahati

a) Tender Documents Part-II & III duly signed and sealed.
b) List of present contract/jobs in hand "Annexure C".
c) Copy of capital partnership deed/memorandum of association by partnership
firm/company.
d) EMD amount of Rs. 30,000/-.
e) Certificate that no officer of CCI organization is/are related to me/us "Annexure-
B".
f) Certificate fron Banker in connection with financial position of bidder.
g) GST Registration no.
h) Signed Integrity-Pact.

2. M/s. ATO (India) Ltd., Kolkata.

a) Tender Documents Part-II & III duly signed and sealed.
b) Separate envelope containing Price Bid

Therefore, the Committee proposes to ask for the two parties’ i. e M/s. Prince Transport
Corporation, Guwahati and M/s. ATO (India) Ltd., Kolkata to submit the required documents
in line with the tender terms and conditions with a period of 07 days from the date of receipt
of the communication from our side by them to get Techno-commercial bids qualified for
opening of Price bids.
