    1.) a = 0.05
    2.) df = (row-1) (column-1)
    (2-1) (2-1) = 1
    3.) C.V. = 3.841
    4.) Ho = There is no significant relationship between the observed and expected results of the
    DLSMHSI Grade 11 Students’ preferred type of TV shows in relation to gender.
    Ha = There is a significant relationship between the observed and expected results of the
    DLSMHSI Grade 11 Students’ preferred TV shows in relation to gender.
    5.) Decision Rule = If x^2 is less than or equal to C.V., accept Ho, otherwise reject Ho.
    6.) Conclusion: Since x^2 = 0.17 and x^2 is less than C.V., then accept Ho. Therefore, there is no
    significant relationship between the observed and expected results of the DLSMHSI Grade 11
    Students’ preferred type of TV shows in relation to gender.

    5.) Decision Rule = If x^2 is less than or equal to C.V., accept Ho, otherwise reject Ho.
