    Vinay Chitare conducted counseling for students in the VII(A) semester at the Vishwanathrao Deshpande Institute of Technology. Some students were facing difficulties in subjects like DIP and DSPA as well as with communication skills, aptitude, group discussion and preparing for jobs/placement. A few students also struggled to manage both academic and co-curricular activities. The action plan initiated included suggesting students meet with subject faculties to clear doubts, read subjects regularly, practice speaking English daily, participate in training and placement activities, and make and follow a schedule to manage their time effectively.

    Consolidated Academic counseling report – 1. Very few Students were finding difficulties in DIP & DSPA
    in detail 2. Some students were finding difficulties in communication skills, aptitude, group discussion

    3. Some students were not finding time to manage both curricular& co-curricular activities.

    Action plan initiated by the staff 1. Suggested to meet concerned faculties to clear their doubts & read the subjects regularly.
    2. Start speaking in English with your friends& teachers regularly, read news papers & participate in all
    departmental T&P activities so that they will get confidence regarding job opportunities & how to
    face the placements.
    3. Suggested to prepare time table & follow it regularly.
