SCHOOL CURRICULUM
The Based on Sprache High School based its curriculum in
Philippine basic curriculum in recent that are the K-12 Program. The K to 12 Program covers Kindergarten and 12 years of basic education (six years of primary education, four years of Junior High School, and two years of Senior High School [SHS]) to provide sufficient time for mastery of concepts and skills, develop lifelong learners, and prepare graduates for tertiary education, middle-level skills development, employment, and entrepreneurship.
Since, the Sprache High School promotes foreign languages in
Junior High School. We transformed some parts of the curriculum. We add foreign languages subject as an elective, meaning it is not mandatory and does not replace Filipino or English as subject. We believe in statements of DepED; The Special Program in Foreign Language, according to DepEd, “helps learners develop skills in listening, reading, writing, speaking, and viewing that are fundamental in acquiring communicative competence in a second foreign language.” DepEd added that the program “aims to enhance the ability of learners to engage in meaningful interaction in a linguistically and culturally diverse global workplace.” CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT (FRIDAY 4-7)
