Each group will receive a score between 1 and 5 on the following dimensions and the overall group score for the
presentation will be weighted as indicated below. Every individual in the group will get the same grade for the project.
Please refer to the peer evaluation form to make sure that everyone participated in the project.

1. Content of the Presentation (30%):

Did the presentation answer the main questions and provide convincing supporting evidence?

5 = Excellent 4 = Above Average 3 =Average 2 = Below Average 1 = Poor

2. Organization of Material (30%):

Was the presentation well organized/coordinated? Were the PowerPoint slides clear and did the
presenters interact well and follow smoothly from one another?

5 = Excellent 4 = Above Average 3 =Average 2 = Below Average 1 = Poor

3. Effective Delivery - Clear Speech and Business Language (20%):

Did each team member speak clearly enough or did they mumble/speak too quickly? Did all the
presenters use standard business vocabulary? (Slang is unacceptable, but accents and small
grammatical errors will be ignored).

4. Professional Appearance (10%):

Did each member of the team look confident and stand firmly? Did they look at the whole audience and
make eye contact? Did they use note cards? Did they read from the cards?

5 = Excellent 4 = Above Average 3 =Average 2 = Below Average 1 = Poor

5. Time (10%)
Did the team stick to the allotted time limit of 12-15 minutes? Was the presentation too brief?

5 = Excellent 4 = Above Average 3 =Average 2 = Below Average 1 = Poor
