SCOPE OF THE CUSTOMER

 Land and shed for the plant
 Site clearance and handing over to our technical team
 Effluent (influent) connection to the plant
 Electrical connection up to the control panel of the plant
 Piping outside the battery limit as the foot print area mentioned in this proposal.
 Regular testing of raw and treated Effluent
 All chemicals /consumables required to commission and run the plant
 Power and water during the work
 Approvals from local / statutory authorities
 Unloading and safe storage of plant / materials at site
 All tools and tackles required for safe unloading of the plant.
 Storage and safe usage / distribution of treated Effluent
 Appropriate disposal of sludge
 Regular operator/s for the plant (Training will be provided by us)
 All other supplies and services not explicitly mentioned in our offer

INSTALLATION VISIT
The technical personnel will visit the site to assess and give the top layout & cross sectional drawing for the
civil works to be undertaken.
GUARANTEE
All equipment’s and its material or components supplied by us are mechanically guaranteed,(excluding
consumable component)subject to proper operation of the plant as per the user manual and usage of spares /
consumables recommended by us - for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of commissioning of the
plant or fifteen (15) months after delivery ,whichever is earlier. During the guarantee period, service personnel
will visit once in every six months to assess the functioning of the unit in addition to attending complaint calls.
POST GUARANTEE
After the guarantee period, the customer has the option of entering into an Annual Maintenance Contract (or)
Operation and Maintenance contract with the company at rates prevalent at that time.
PERFORMANCE
The treatment plant supplied by us shall produce product water of guaranteed quality at designed flow rates.
However, the quality of product water is subject to raw water condition, Regular service and proper
maintenance of the plant.

Important Note: The payment against erection and commissioning of the equipment/s is strictly subject to the
readiness of the site. The site should be ready and handed over to us within10 days from the date of delivery of
units. In the event of any delay in erection and commissioning of the units on account of site conditions, the
balance payment (5%) should be cleared within 24 days from the date of delivery of the equipments.
DELIVERY
The equipments under our scope of supply shall be delivered within 8 - 10 weeks from the date of receipt of
technically firm and commercially clear order along with advance.
ORDER FORM T&C
The standard terms and conditions as mentioned in our order form to be signed by the customer in the event of
the customer placing their order with us are construed to be an integral part of this proposal. A copy of the same
is enclosed herewith.

VALIDITY
Our proposal is valid for a period of 30 days for your acceptance after which it is subject to our confirmation.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation of orders by Buyer can only be made with Seller’s prior written consent. If the product is being
built to Buyer’s specification, Buyer is responsible for all expenses incurred by Seller, including any raw
materials and other non-cancellable commitments, or a minimum 55 % cancellation charge, whichever is
greater. Domestic orders: Orders cancelled less than 30 days prior to the scheduled delivery date shall be
finished and billed at the quoted price, whether shipment is accepted or not.
