• Acquired/procured RFP contracts for public transit systems, in order to provide efficient solutions to transit systems
and build new B2B, B2C, and B2G relationships to win offensive contracts and maintaining old connections for
defensive renewals of contracts, assisted with contract management of a multi-million-dollar portfolio of contracts
• Developed networks of NEMT providers (SME business) and enlisted them as subcontractors under Blue Cross and
Blue Shield contracts, within the states of Nebraska, Idaho, and looking to expand to New Jersey and Pennsylvania
