Brief Profile

Established in 1996, VRA Constructions is a No 1 real estate developer with presence in Hyderabad
and the Secunderabad. VRA Constructions belongs to one of the most profitable real estate players in
TELANGANA and the largest by quality constructions for these consecutive years.

The Group is developing an estimated ten lakh square ft of prime real estate with the largest land
reserves in the Hyderabad Metropalitan Development Authority (HMDA), and has couple of ongoing
projects across DD Colony, Vidya Nagar, Banjarahills and espanding Hitech city. With the largest
land bank of over 150 acres and an estimated saleable area of ten lakh square ft. In FY 14-15 alone we
delivered 3.5 lakh square feet and 1000 units across projects. We plan to deliver more than 8 lakh sq ft
in FY 18-19.

Our vision of 'Building a Better Life' extends across markets with several landmark developments in
India. North East Plaza- High end Premium commercial tower in the costliest zone, Hyderabad. We
brought some of the global construction practices including German, US and European Styles. We
recorded the biggest land deals in the commercial space. We also acquired other notable parcels in
other Telangana districts.
