NOTIFICATION

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for filling up the post of “Junior Research
Fellow” on contract basis for the Department of Science and Technology (Government of India)
funded project entitled “Yoga therapy as an add-on to metacognitive therapy for psychoses for
patients with schizophrenia – a randomized controlled trial” under Dr. Devvarta Kumar,
Professor, Department of Clinical Psychology and Principal Investigator.

Essential qualification: M.A./M.Sc. in Psychology (the candidate must
have cleared the National Eligibility Test of
the University Grants Commission)
Or
M.Phil in Clinical Psychology
Desirable qualification: Diploma or any other qualification in Yoga
and/or worked in any project related to
Schizophrenia and/or Yoga

Able to converse in Kannada

Emoluments: ₹31,000/- + 24% HRA per month
Duration of the post: 03 Years
Initial appointment will be made for a period
of six months; extendable upon the satisfactory
performance of the candidate
