AUTHORITY TO SELL

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to authorize ROWENA DARLUCIO BUE, of legal of age, married, Filipino and with
residence of Zone 2 San Isidro Mercedes, Zamboanga City, to look for buyer of parcel of land
particularly described as follows:

“ A parcel of land known Lot 83-B-1 of the Subd., plan Psd-09-

038527 being a portion of Lot 83-B, Psd-09-025551, situated in the
Barangay of Mercedes, containing an area of TWO THOUSAND
(2,000) SQUARE METERES, more or less, embraced by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. T-207,823;

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The negotiable selling price of the above-described real property is THREE
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (Php 3,500) PESOS per SQUARE METER.

2. The seller shall give 5% of the agreed selling price as broker’s/agent's commission.

3. All expenses refers to Capital Gains Tax, Real Property Tax and Notarial Fee relative
to the sale and transfer of Title shall be shouldered by the buyer.

4. This authority is valid until officially revoked by the undersigned.

documents that may be necessary or required thereto and to deliver possession of the property to said
Vendee;

3. To receive the proceeds of the sale, either in cash or in check and to pay expenses for capital gains,
real property tax and any and all such expenses that may be agreed upon between the vendee;

4. To do such any other act or thing that may be required necessary or incidental to carry out
effectively any and all of the purposes for which this authority is hereby given;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do
and perform any and every act, and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about
the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present
and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue of these presents.
