I would like to apply as a Full-Time Instructor in your great and prestigious education institution.
I am greatly motivated to conduct a transformational teaching that would engage and inspire the
21st Century College of Teacher Education learners to have an optimistic point of view with the
demands and rapid changes that are taking place in our country specially in molding and
transforming digital-aged of learners.

I am JOMAR PADLAN ALLAM, recently employed at Ednas School of Alaminos, Alaminos City,
Pangasinan as Grade School Teacher teaching Science, Christian Living Education and I am the
current moderator of Mathematics-Science Club as well. Moreover, I am pursuing my graduate
school at Pangasinan State University – Open University System, Lingayen, Pangasinan enrolled
in Master of Education major in Educational Management. I took up Bachelor of Elementary
Education major in General Education and received an academic awards of With Distinction and
the Outstanding Pre-Service Teacher batch 2017 at the Great Plebeian College, Alaminos City,
Pangasinan. I attended different seminars and trainings that honed my teaching capability
especially in different 21st Century teaching methodologies and strategies, and classroom
management.

I accept the challenges that teaching is the noblest profession of all that it takes a thousand miles
patient and teaching strategies in educating the future leaders of our community and of the whole
nation. I believe that my passion in teaching, teaching experience, and work ethic would make
me a suitable as one your educators in producing competent and excellent future teachers. I
believed that I can teach the Professional Education subjects like Principle of Teaching,
Educational Technology, The Teaching Profession, and Social Dimension of Education because
these were my favorite subjects and have mastered its competencies and standards during my
college days. In addition, I can also teach Mathematics subjects such as Algebra, Foundation of
Mathematics, and Trigonometry.
