Whole World celebrating 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi as International
Day of Non Violence, on this movement, while performing our Constitutional duties
towards Nation, Mrs. Sukanya Berwal, Commissioner of Education, endorsed me to
brought it your kind notice that:
1. There is no surplus of animals & birds - rich species of animals, as per Peoples
Biodiversity Registers, prepared by Biodiversity Management Committee.
2. As per record, No demand of meat - chicken consumption within jurisdiction.
3. As per record, No suitable vehicles duly approved by Bureau of Indian Standards to
carry animals are being used, to shift animals towards slaughter houses.
4. The mechanism of Slaughter Houses, are violating the protocol as specified by the Court
of law as Compendium Containing Various Standards, Rules and Statutes Governing the
Slaughter of Animal and Management of Slaughter House, In accordance judgment of
Hon’ble Supreme Court for the bunch of petition titled as common cause Vs UOI, Writ
Petition (C) No. 330 of 2001 with Petition ( Civil) No. 44 of 2004 Contempt Petition (C)
124/2015 in W.P.( Civil) No. 309 of 2003 Laxmi Narain Modi Vs Union of India & Others.
Hence, crack down all unlawful establishments, including principal slaughter house of
Municipal Corporation, Ahmadabad lodging FIR for the violation of many laws of land.
