With reference to your application and the subsequent interview you had with us, we are pleased to make an offer of
appointment to you as SALES OFFICER on the following terms and conditions:

1 Your place of posting will be at .RANCHI

2 You will be reporting to Mr/Ms/Mrs .VINOD KUMAR VISHWAKARMA

3 You are required to meet the targets assigned to you by your reporting manager.

4 Your remuneration will be based on your performance of the duties set out above.

5 You will be paid a salary of Rs 22000 /-PM(Rupees Twenty Two Thousand Only)

6 Apart from the salary, you will be paid performance based incentives.

7 You will be on probation for a period of twelve months from the date of joining.

8 During the probation period, either party may terminate the contract without giving any notice/reasons whatsoever.

9 Confirmation of your services will be subject to completion of your probation to our satisfaction.

10 You will be eligible for PF, ESI and other statutory benefits as admissible from time to time.

11 You shall be governed by the rules and regulations of the company relating to field work.

12 You will be responsible for the safekeeping and return in good condition and order all the property / records /data of
the company which is in your possession, use, custody or charge. You shall make good of any loss or damage that occurs
to any company property which is in your possession / custody.

13 You shall keep confidential all information and data regarding the company which may come to your knowledge in the
course of your employment; and shall not use the same in any manner whatsoever expect in the discharge of your duties
with the company.

The offer of appointment is valid for a period of 3 months after which it will lapse.
