MOTION TO RE-OPEN CASE AND ADMIT COUNTER AFFIDAVIT

COMES NOW, both the undersigned hereby depose and state:

That we are the respondent in the above-entitled case pending before your
Honorable Office;

That during the first hearing of the preliminary investigation last 28 August 2019,
both parties were notified that the second hearing was moved on 4 September 2019 at
10:30 o'clock in the morning;

That both the undersigned authorized Ms. Marie Claire Suerte C. Castillo as
our Attorney-in-Fact to represent us in the aforementioned case, to execute counter-
affidavits, rejoinder affidavits and other affidavits required or necessary for the said
case; to receive affidavits, pleadings and documents for and on our behalf; and to sign
for and on our behalf;

That upon arrival of Ms. Castillo at around 10:45 o'clock in the morning at your
Honorable Office, she was informed that the said case was submitted for resolution,
hence, this motion; and

That I am beseeching the consideration of this Honorable Office to see the merit
of our motion and grant our prayer and re-open this case for further investigation.
