2. Scope of Work
The following proposal is a shop based overhaul at our Houston, Texas facility. Field services are not
quoted but are available if needed.

2.1. Gas Producer Overhaul


 Receive equipment, inspect for damage, and record the arrival condition with digital photographs.
 Disassemble into sub-assemblies and components noting any problem areas.
 Clean all assemblies and components.
 Visually and dimensionally inspect all parts to Wood Group inspection procedures
 Perform non-destructive testing and evaluation of components that are subject to normal wear
and/or stress.
 Disposition components detailing which parts can be reused, repaired, or require replacement.
 Issue Engine Condition Report (ECR), detailing the results of the inspection at disassembly with
photographs of major components.
 Upon authorization, repair or replace all parts deemed to exceed reusable limits.
 Dynamic balance all rotating assemblies.
 Reassemble the unit documenting assembly and clearances
 Install in test cell for a Full Performance Test in accordance with established Wood Group test
standards

2.2. Engine exchange (Optional)


As an option, Wood Group will provide a fully overhauled and tested unit from our exchange fleet and
take procession of the clients incoming exchange engine.

Once received, WG OGIS shall disassemble and evaluate the incoming exchange engine and
complete a post teardown evaluation to determine disc hours and unit condition. Based on condition
and part lifetime limitations (Timed Out), additional charges may apply. Typical charges are provided
in the pricing section in addition to the base exchange price.

3. Exceptions
All overhaul/exchange proposals are based on a client’s complete and operational unit that is capable
of 90% of its rated capacity, has not sustained catastrophic damage, does not require any upgrades
and a combustion liner that is deemed repairable. Additional charges may apply for units that have
suffered unexpected damage or have internal parts found to have exceeded their safe operational
lifetime (Timed Out).

4. Field Services (Optional)


Prices provided for Field Services are estimates only based on the extent of the scope of work. A WG
OGIS invoice will be issued based on actual hours supported by signed timesheets and expense
claims following completion of the work. A standard rate sheet has been supplied as an addendum to
this proposal.

5. Commercial Summary
All prices quoted are in US Dollars and are exclusive of any other local taxes, duties, levies (Including
Withholding Tax).

An invoice shall be issued upon completion of a satisfactory run test.

Pricing includes Air travel and Hotel accommodations for up to five (5) days for one person to visit our
OGIS Test facility in Houston to witness engine test.

5.2. Delivery

5.3. Core Return Policy


The exchange core shall be returned to WG GTS workshop within 2 weeks of delivery of the
exchange equipment or the following lease rates per week shall apply.

5.4. Customer Responsibilities


- Notify WG OGIS of any pre-required safety training to gain access to site
- Receive, unload and secure WG OGIS Jobsite toolbox(s)
- Prepare for shipment, load and ship the required equipment to WG OGIS overhaul facility
- Receive, unload and secure the returned, Refurbished Equipment (GP,RGB,AGB or PT)
- Provide safety brief specific to site prior to commencement of work
- Personal to operate, secure, prepare work permits and tag-out / lock-out equipment
- Provide fuel, potable water or electricity to perform required services
- Provide medical services onsite including ambulance and access to any onsite services

- Provide adequate sanitary and lunch / break facilities


- Provide any state certified emission testing laboratory
- Provide engine and reduction gearbox oil and other package related consumables including air
filters
- Provide any specialty tools or engine stands originally supplied with the equipment
- Provide scaffolds, crane, chain falls, lifting devices or trolleys to perform requires tasks

5.5. Remittance details

These terms and conditions will take precedence over any terms and conditions contained in any
further correspondence, communication or order.
