a) 22 employees are on company payroll and 5 employees are hired on contract basis.
b) A total of 22 employees are on company payroll of which are 1 store manager, 4 Billing
staff, 12 Sales person, 2 security guard and 3 cleaning staff.
5 employees are hired as a contract basis of which 3 are unloading and loading labours
and 2 F&V labour.
c) Store manager is the head in the store who manages all the store activities and handles
and solves any customer problems as well as staff issues. Store manager is the main
point of contact with the company, checks and track all the stocks and is responsible
for proper functioning of the super market.
d) There is no door to door delivery. Back end works are done by contract labourers.
e) Total number of people involved in the functioning of super market is 27 and average
cost per head amounts to Rs 11,574.
f) A total of 22 employees are on company payroll of which are 1 store manager whose
salary is Rs 40,000, 4 Billing staff whose salary is Rs 15,000, 12 Sales person whose
salary is Rs 12,000, 2 security guard whose salary is Rs 10,000 and 3 cleaning staff
whose salary is Rs 7,000.
5 employees are hired as a contract basis of which 3 are unloading and loading labours
and their wages is Rs 150 and 2 F&V labour whose wages is Rs 7000/month.
