This EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT made and entered into this ____ day

THE HEIRS OF VIRGILIO TUGONON, namely:

(1) LEO J. TUGONON of legal age, Filipino, widow and resident of
Labogon, Mandaue City;
(2) GIL J. TUGONON of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of
Labogon, Mandaue City;
(3) JASMIN T. BACANI of legal age, Filipino, married and resident
of Labogon, Mandaue City;

(4) SAMUELA T. AGBAY, of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of

Labogon, Mandaue City;

(5) ANGELITA of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of Looc,

Mandaue City.

WITNESSETH:

THAT we are among the Heirs of Francisco Tugonon who died on

________________ at____________ without a will.

THAT said deceased died without any will or testament and without any
outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity;

That Pursuant to Sec. 1 of Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court, the heirs
being of legal age, have agreed to divide and adjudicate among themselves
equally the real property left by the decedent; that parties have executed this
instrument freely and voluntarily without force, intimidation or violence upon the
person and that they have received their just and proper share and that they have
no claim or demand against each other;

THAT said deceased, at the time of his death, left certain real properties,
more particularly described as follows, to wit:

Tax Declaration No. 0277

“ A parcel of land (Lot 6F) located in Looc, Mandaue

City…containing an area of Two thousand nine hundred
thirty nine (2,939) square meters, more or less…”
