Commentary:
No matter who the person is whether sexual
orientation, gender, etc. As stated in the
Declaration of Human Rights “ everyone is
entitled to human rights,” meaning that the
lgbt communities must have the same rights
as everyone else since we as American
Citizens are all created equal.
It is outrages how the declaration of human
rights has said something along the lines that
gay rights and human rights are not distanct
yet citizens still choose to violate their rights.
Whether it be through violence, anything that
makes a citizen not feel wanted in their
community is considered violating their
rights.
This quote is meant to have everyone work as
one and become stronger as a union. No one
should be excluded from their liberty just
because of their sexual orientation. This quote
from the declaration of human rights is meant
to prevent violence from happening but it is
truly sad that many people still decide to hurt
others just because of their sexual orientation
if this isn’t violating someone’s rights than
human rights might as well not even exist.
