Chapter 4

PRESENTATION, ANALYSIS, AND INTERPRETATION OF DATA

This chapter includes the gathered data of the interview and the researchers’

analysis, findings and interpretation. Data were obtained by using Survey

questionnaires. Question were constructed from the Statement of the Problem.

Table 1 shows that 57 out of 85 or 67.058% out of 100%

respondents answered Yes, 1 out of 85 or 1.176% out of 100% said No and 27

out of 85 or 31.765% out of 100% said Sometimes.

said that they play 3 hours and above and 3 out 85 or 3.529% out of 100% said

that they do not play virtual games.

said that they play 3 hours and above and 13 out 85 or 15.294% out of 100%

said that they do not play virtual games.

said that they play virtual games as a leisure, 16 out 85 or 18.824% out of 100%

said that because it is their hobby, 46 out 85 or 54.118% out of 100% said that

they play because Virtual Games serves as a Stress reliever.

24.706% out of 100% said that they got 90 and above Average.

said that their grades got higher, 14 out 85 or 16.471% out of 100% said that

their grades got lower, 41 out 85 or 48.235% out of 100% answered toher

answers such as no effect and still the same.

said that their over-all academic performance was excellent, 49 out 85 or

57.647% out of 100% said that their over-all academic performance was good,

26 out 85 or 30.588% out of 100% said that their over-all academic performance

was average and 4 out of 85 or 4.706% out of 100% said that their over-all

academic performance was fair. And 1 out of 85 respondents or 1.176% out of

100% said that their over-all academic performance was poor.
