I have completed the internship study on IMAC INDIA from 19/7/2017 to 24/8/2017.
Imac India Coach Builders Private Limited is a private incorporated on 19 April 2010. It is
classified as Non-govt company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Bangalore. Its
authorized share capital is Rs.10,000,000 and its paid up capital is Rs.4,900,000. It is
involved in Manufacture of motor vehicles.
CHAPTER 2: ORGANIZATION PROFILE.
NATURE OF BUSINESS:
I-MAC is one of the leading companies engaged in bus body manufacturing in Bangalore
doing business with various government bodies and private organizations across the country.
Our contemporary designs, quality products, market leading prices and prompt timely
deliveries have made a big impact on the Bus Body Building Industry in Bangalore. Since its
emergence in Bus Body Building domain, I-MAC has been successful in fulfilling the
growing demands of several leading Transport Corporations of the southern India.

Keeping in view of the fast changing scenario in the passenger transport in India I-MAC is
looking to bring in latest technology comparable to international standards in the structure of
bus bodies.
In this direction discussions are on with technology holders for collaboration to produce
buses with “MONOCOQUE” technology, initially it is planned to adopt this technology for
city and luxury class applications.

I-MAC has established in house facilities manufacture for passenger seat and window
fame fabrication facilities.
I-MAC has established Tube roll unit for product of various size of tubes to meet its
production rate
I-MAC has also developed Jig & fixture for fabrication of various assembly required
for the bus construction.
I-MAC has also in the process of commissioning solid waste processing plant which
eliminates environment pollution.
With a view to conserve the nature. I-MAC has established a modern “EFFLUENT
TREATMENT PLANT” for treatment and disposureof domestic and industrial
effluents.
