FACTS OF THE CASE:

Entry No. 18-1238 to 18-1243 December 25, 2018/02:30AM: REPORT ON MURDER

CARLOS N. SACLOLO (Carlos), 34 years old, married, and a resident of Brgy. Tejero Cebu City,
appeared on this station and reported that his was wife, CARLA SACLOLO (Carla) was stabbed
by BILL W. KADAGAN (Bill) on or about 9:00 p.m. on December 24, 2018 which resulted to the
death of the former.

That on December 24, 2018, the Saclolos were bound South to celebrate Christmas with Carla’s
parents. They boarded the 10H jeepney past 9:00 p.m. As it was a long day for them, they both
fell asleep during the trip. A commotion woke Carlo up from sleep and he noticed the passengers
racing towards the exit while some jumped off the window. While he was about to grab his wife,
the man whom he saw wearing black shirt sitting in front of them a while back was stabbing his
wife several times in different parts of her body, using a kitchen knife. Upon seeing what that
man did to his helpless wife, he boxed the man in the face and removed his cap. He was surprised
to discover that the man was BILL W. KADAGAN, the ex-boyfriend of his wife.

After the stabbing incident, the suspect fled. At around 11:30 PM of the same day, he was
arrested and brought to this station for proper disposition of the case.

This Police report was issued upon request at Fuente Osmena Blvd., Cebu City, Cebu Philippines
on December 25, 2018.
