the above entitled case on September 11, 2001 at
the Regional Trial Court, 11th Judicial Region,
Justice on Wheels, Sarangani Province, and which is
now pending therein, affecting the following
described property:

“GRAPHICAL SURVEY – LOT NO. 454, Gssm-1245

C.M. No. 7-88 M-365-19 F

“Containing an area of 4 HECTARES and 19

ARES (4.19 HECTARES) more or less.

which property is covered by Transfer Certificate
of Title No. (P-16788) P-3456 of the Registry of
Deeds for the Province of South Cotabato (now
Register of Deeds for the Province of Sarangani) in
the name of OPPA GANGNAM, of legal age, widower of
MOMO LAND, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy. Busok,
Alabel, Sarangani Province.

In the complaint, machine copy of which is

attached hereto, plaintiff is seeking, among
others, by way of relief, the declaration of
nullity of the deed of absolute sale over the
aforementioned property.

the books of your Registry in the manner provided
by law.
