y Alpha Plus uses research-based methods to help schools im-
e prove through the use of customized services for rural, suburban
- and urban schools.

- standards teachers need to reinforce so their students will learn
g more efficiently and perform better on state tests,” Jan Barrick,
h Alpha Plus CEO said. “That’s why Alpha Plus schools have out-
r performed other schools on the state school report card every
year. Our schools work efficiently and effectively in the class-
- room, and that shows in the results.”
r Alpha Plus curriculum is written by Oklahoma teachers, for
e Oklahoma teachers, to Oklahoma Academic Standards.
e "At Mangum Public Schools, student growth and success is our
- primary objective," Shane Boothe, Mangum Public Schools Su-
- perintendent. "Our elementary teachers did a great job incorporat-
e ing Alpha Plus into their curriculum last year and our student’s
- experienced tremendous growth. As a result, we have expanded
! the program into our middle school for the 2019-2020 school
o year."
Alpha Plus provides training, assessments and resources for
schools statewide. Founded in 1990 by an Oklahoma teacher, Al-
pha Plus curriculum and teaching tools are aligned solely to Okla-
homa Academic Standards. More information, including a full list
