UWC Online Application Instructions for Applicants

1. Go to https://uwc.fluidreview.com
2. For first time users, create an account to access the online application. For returning
users, log in using your registered email and password.

3. When creating your account, provide your first and last name, email address and a
password that you want to use to access your profile.

4. Once completed, you will receive a verification email that will allow you to log in for the
first time. If verification email is not received, please check your Spam box.
5. After a successful log in, you will see your applicant dashboard with the initial tasks that
you need to complete under “Your Tasks”.

6. Complete the “Applicant Information” task. Fill out the form with the proper information
as it will determine which National Committee application you are eligible for.

7. Once the applicant information is complete, click “View Applications” under the “Your
Applications” part of the dashboard.
8. You can then select the committee application you want to start. You proceed to the
page where you will see the application workflow in which you need to complete. You
will not be able to submit your application unless all of the stages are complete.
NOTE:

 You can save your application at any stage and return to it using your email and
password to log back in to the system.
 You can withdraw your application at any stage.
 Once the application forms and documents are submitted, you cannot make any
further changes to your application. It will be passed on to the review stage where
the committee will assess your packet.
