HISTORY
PIONEERS

In 1967, Toyoda Tsusho Kaisha Ltd. opened a branch office in Manila, located at
Room 507, Roman Santos Building, Sta. Cruz, Manila.

The Principal Office from Sta. Cruz, Manila was moved to Makati along Pasong

1987

Change of Company Name


The stockholders during their General Meeting on June 1987, decided to change
the name of the company from TOYODA TSUSHO KAISHA, LTD to TOYOTA
TSUSHO CORPORATION effective July 1, 1987 penned by then President Mr.
SIEZO EZAKI. The TTC Manila Branch Office followed the corporate name
change on the same effectivity date.

2004

The Birth of TTPh (Toyota Tsusho Philippines Corporation)


In FEBRUARY 24, 2004, TTPH was incorporated by Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC) with registration number CS200402920.
