SWAPPING AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Swap Agreement is entered into by and between:

KHAREN JOY NAPULAG VILLARUEL, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and a resident of Purok
3 Consuelo, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur, Philippines, hereinafter called the FIRST PARTY; and

JESSEL CANETE GLORIA, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and a resident of Purok 1
Labao, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur, Philippines, hereinafter called the SECOND PARTY.

-WITNESSETH-

1. That the FIRST PARTY is the appointed teacher I, presently assigned at Kahusayan Elementary
School- P-5 Oro Esperanza, Agusan del Sur;
2. That on the other hand, SECOND PARTY is also an appointed teacher I, presently assigned at
San Marcos Elementary School- San Marcos, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur;
3. That parties herein voluntarily agreed to swap their station of the above-mentioned schools. Thus,
the station described of FIRST PARTY, will now be swap by SECOND PARTY, while the
station described of SECOND PARTY, will now be swap by the FIRST PARTY;
4. That parties herein agreed that this swap agreement do not have any amount of money involved
except for the preparation and notarization of this instrument which will be shouldered by the
parties;
5. That this swap agreement is executed in good faith and for convenient purposes only without any
intention to evade any criminal or civil liabilities from any courts of law by any of parties to this
instrument;
6. That parties herein warrant that the station they previously assigned are free from all lines,
encumbrances and from any claim of whatsoever nature and kind.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto affixed our hands this April 3, 2018
at San Teodoro, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur.
