Important Notes –before PID

Make sure that there are no current PID that are still pending (LX22)

Ensure WM LX03 qty tally with MB52 report (exclude IM stock in MB52)

User must know which are the blocked bins with stocks before generating PID (LS11)

Unblocked all blocked bins (LS06). This will allow the PID to print bins in sequence

Step 1) Run transaction LX22

Provide ware house number and if required the inventory status Tick

Execute,

If there is no PID document system display the below message

If there is any PI document

System provide the list of the Inventory document and its status.

Before performing the inventory Make sure that, there should not be any open PID.

Step 2) LS11 –Check Storage Bins Status

Enter the Ware house and the Storage type number

Execute.

System shows the Bin if there is any Inventory active for the BIN

Step 3) LS06 –Block/unblock several Bins

Enter the ware house and the Storage type.

Execute

Select the bins and click on Save.

Step 4) LX26 –Carry out Inventory using Cycle

count

Enter the ware house and the Storage type.

Execute

System will generate the inventory document.

Step 5) LI04 –Print PID

Enter Ware house number and the Inventory document number.

Press Enter

User can take the print out from Spool.

Step 6) LI02, change the inventory Record.

If required, business can deactivate and delete the PID from this transaction.

System shows the list of the Bins and the Quants in the bin. Under the inventory record.

Step 7) LI11, Enter the count

Perform the physical counting and enter the counts in system

Enter the ware house and the Inventory record number.

Press Enter

Enter the count of the material and save.

To check the status of the inventory document, execute transaction LX22 as step 1

Document status changed to counted.

Step 8) LX17 Differences per storage type

( PID-WM Difference List)

Enter the ware house and the Storage type

Execute

System shows the difference in the PID

Note:
1) Ensure PID in LX22 shown counted before generate LX17.
2.“Counted” in LX22 does not include blank count sheet that has not yet been entered.

Step 9 ) LI14 -Activate Recount If Required

if Recount is initiated perform the step 7 to step 8 again

step 10) LI14 - Start Recount

enter the PID document

Press Enter

Select the bin for which the Recount need to be Initiate and click on Initiate recount

Step 11) LI20 –Clearing PID-WM Differences

Enter the ware house number and PID

Press enter

Select bin and click on Write Off

Transfer order gets generated and confirmed for the materials to be posted in the difference

Step 11) LI21 -Clear PID-IM Differences

Enter Ware house and storage type as 999

Select the Storage Bin, and select Write off

Note : The bin Number will be same as your PID document number

A material document gets created

To check the status of the inventory document, execute transaction LX22 as step 1

To check the Bin status execute transaction LS11 as step 2

The Inventory active mark” X” is removed by the system,

Unblock the Bins as per step 3
