Description:
The data lake is being created wherein the data from various sources like SAP, RA, tms,tds,epsilonTacton etc., would be
brought over into Hadoop Environment. Business Logics are implemented using talen big data and Hive. The data is
provisioned into downstream systems for reporting Purposes.

Roles &Responsibilities:
 Maintaing the Talend Admin core and Talend admin application level.
 Taking care of the different operation like adding, deleting, editing permission and assigning the
project ..etc to the users in the talend.
 Interacting with the business teams to understand the business problems and designing big data platform solutions
using Talend ,Unix,Hive.

Role: Technical Consultant

Duration: July 2014 to May 2015

Responsibilities:

 Worked on upgrading of Oracle Reports from old version to new version.

 Involved in upgrading Views from 11i to R12.
 Upgrading the standard procedure/function/package/view for one version to other version.
 Upgrading the Sql*plus programs from old version to new version.
 Upgrading the Java Concurrent programs from old version to new version.
 Involved in upgrading the interfaces from 11i to R12.
  Involved in code changes of objects based on requirement.
 Updating the Multi operating unit to S/M for enable parameter LOV in R12.
 Writing the fnd scripts to loading data from one instance to other and also generating ldt’s for objects.
 Check for usage of obsolete database objects, including tables or views. Replace the obsolete database
object with the identified replacements (including table joins).
 Identify the appropriate replacement table/view.
 Compile the upgraded database objects in R12 database and check for any errors.
 Migrate to the upgraded object to other environments after satisfactory test results.
 Preparing the patches by using shell scripting.
 For usage of standard procedure/function/package, we can check for any change in the Parameters
either data type or scope (IN, OUT, INOUT).
