PURPOSE:

The purpose of this assignment is to provide a hands-on experience for learners to use the
accumulated knowledge on educational leadership and administration to design a suitable
training programme for aspiring principals in their own country.

Tujuan

tugasan ini adalah untuk memberi pengalaman secara langsung kepada pelajar untuk
menggunakan pengetahuan terkumpul mengenai kepimpinan pendidikan dan pentadbiran
untuk merekabentuk program latihan yang sesuai untuk pengetua yang bercita-cita tinggi di
negara mereka sendiri.

REQUIREMENTS:

In order to do this assignment, you are required to do the following:

(a) Study the education system of your country

(b) Study the characteristics of schools in your own country
(c) Study the general schools’ culture
(d) Study the culture of the country, and
(e) Present a complete and clear SIX months, full-time training programme details for
aspiring principals. All features that are presented need to be supported and argued
sufficiently.
