preparing your upcoming event in Makassar. Our hotel has a selection of meeting rooms, boardroom
and spacious Grand Ballroom to accommodate your meeting requirements.

Our hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Aryaduta Makassar with close proximity to
government offices and the business district. Aryaduta Makassar is an upscale hotel specially
designed to meet your meeting requirements. For corporate meetings or elaborate events, Aryaduta
Makassar is ready to make your event a success.

Following our discussion pertaining to yourevent, we are pleased to propose the following special

Terms and Conditions:

 Total charge at estimate cost is inclusive of 21% government tax and service charge
 Price offered in this proposal is only valid for thespecific period of this event and cannot be
extend to other events.
 The above proposal is subject to change due to alteration in numbers or cancellations.
 Should actual number of delegates decrease below the minimum guarantee, the hotel will
charge as per minimum guarantee
 Should actual number of delegates exceed the minimum guarantee, the hotel will charge as per
the actual number of delegates
 Any entertainment or additional audio visual equipment required on the dates of the event will
be subject to additional charges.
 No outside food and beverage items are allowed to be brought into the hotel. Nevertheless,
corkage charge shall automatically apply.

Confirmation and term of payment

Kindly sign and return a copy of this agreement and a non-refundable and non-transferable.

Hotel will received the Guarantee Letter from Prodia for the agreement of the event.

Payments can be settled by cash, credit card, cheque or bank transfer to the following account :

If the company holds a credit facility with the hotel, a guarantee letter is required one day

 Cancellation or Attrition of Venues

All conferences / meeting space are held by the Hotel for you to the exclusion of other possible
events. As such, in the event of a release of such space by the client, the following cancellation or
attrition charges will be implemented;

The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any function which may damage the hotels
Reputation or may affect its business security and safety.

Policy and Procedures

 Any displays, signages, streamers, nailing, electrical connections requires hotel’s approval and will
be conducted under hotel’s supervision. Any fixtures, damages or loss of hotel
equipment/property will be charged accordingly.
 The hotel will not be responsible for any damage or lost of any property brought into hotel’s
premises, howeverwe will do our most efforts to ensure appropriate security.
 All disputes relating to the performance of and or interpretations of any terms or provision of this
agreement shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia.
 It is expressly agreed that each party shall be relieved of its obligations under this agreement in
the event and to the extend the performance of the agreement is delayed or prevented by the
cause reasonably beyond its control including, without limitation, acts of GOD, change of statues
of Indonesian Government, riots, war, fire, flood, explosion, act of terrorism, sales of the hotel,
necessary and essential construction, arrest or seizure under legal process, strike or work
stoppage. – please change to my force majeure

Option Date

This commitment is held on a tentative basis Mar 19th, 2019. Should another party request the same
arrangement on a definite basis before this date, 24 hours notice will be given to confirm or release
the commitment being held. Once the option date has passed, this commitment is automatically
released should a signed confirmation and deposit not be received.

Validity of Offer

The validity of this offer expires on Mar 19th, 2019 after which time, the hotel has the right to
renegotiate rates and release the function space being held for your event.

As an acceptance for this offer, we kindly request a signed confirmation to be sent by fax to 0411
870222 or email to triayu@aryaduta.com latest by Mar 19th, 2019 otherwise, the hotel shall release
the function space automatically.
