The unified environment allows people to operate as individuals, but still focus
on succeeding as a team. This type of environment usually sets "team" goals and allows
people to work together in smaller groups to accomplish team tasks. Employees are focused
on working together and individually hold themselves accountable for the quality of their
work.
I chose this environment because this is the way or process to have a positive
work communication as a team. Setting goals with people or multiple members doesn't
mean that you will not succeed in the job instead it can improve the stability of an
environment. It benefits is not only for you, because it is for all members and for the better
outputs that you made with them together. Purposely bring together employees with
different background experience. Encourage them to express their opinion of the planned
changes from their personal point of view. Often good ideas come up in this way.
How it become successful for you?
I can say that this type of environment become successful because working
together as a team without arguing ideas and side comments can easily work on tasks.
There's no dispute with each other, they are only focused on working as a team, setting
goals, pursuing needs for the work and loving each other and love for the work. Many
people are responsible for the tasks and each of them had they own knowledge and
experiences that can lead others to get more information that they can add for the works.
