The Unified Environment

The unified environment allows people to operate as individuals, but still focus
on succeeding as a team. This type of environment usually sets "team" goals and allows
people to work together in smaller groups to accomplish team tasks. Employees are focused
on working together and individually hold themselves accountable for the quality of their
work.

Advantage of Unified Environment

Adopting this type of environment can boost the productivity of teams as it


enables them to collaborate more closely with each other members. Having multiple team
members that working together, sharing ideas and adding comments or opinions makes it
easier to provide connections for their works. It can less time wasted because many people
are working for the tasks. It just like no man is an island that we need to work together for
a better output. It can lessen stress because many brains are working, not only yours.

Example of Unified Environment

Nursing workplace is just an example of unified environment because its


organization can lead with collaborative workers or nurse to give a care and services for
their patients.

Why I chose this environment?

I chose this environment because this is the way or process to have a positive
work communication as a team. Setting goals with people or multiple members doesn't
mean that you will not succeed in the job instead it can improve the stability of an
environment. It benefits is not only for you, because it is for all members and for the better
outputs that you made with them together. Purposely bring together employees with
different background experience. Encourage them to express their opinion of the planned
changes from their personal point of view. Often good ideas come up in this way.
How it become successful for you?

I can say that this type of environment become successful because working
together as a team without arguing ideas and side comments can easily work on tasks.
There's no dispute with each other, they are only focused on working as a team, setting
goals, pursuing needs for the work and loving each other and love for the work. Many
people are responsible for the tasks and each of them had they own knowledge and
experiences that can lead others to get more information that they can add for the works.

Compare it with the other environment.

There's a lot of successful environment. The open skeptic environment which


means everything is questioned because questions are encouraged. And the ideas are
considered as equally because it is all questioned with everyone. The individual-focused
environment which is each individuals or workers had they own tasks. They don't need
other opinions because they are focusing on their self-ideas and knowledge. The no-walls
environment which all about keeping the team together, they allow each workers to speak
freely their opinions in everyone. The mutual-feedback environment which favors honest
feedback above all the forms of communication. And the last one that I chose, the unified
environment which has all the mean of successful environment because it is not only by
keeping the team together instead working as a team. It works with individual experiences
that can share with others. It is much important strategy because it has many benefits that
can made for a better communication and positive output. It is more useful strategy to get
a positive results on your work together with other.
