INSTRUCTIONS TO BE READ CAREFULLY BY THE CANDIDATE

1. The candidate is instructed to carry any one of the valid photo identity card such as Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card,
Passport, Driving License, PAN Card etc. along with Provisional Admit Card for presenting to Invigilator as proof of
identity as and when demanded.
2. The candidate is requested to submit representation to the Examination Authority minimum 7 days prior to the
schedule date of examination in case of any discrepancy found in the provisional Admit Card.
3. No candidate will be allowed to enter the Examination Centre without the Provisional Admit Card. The Examination
hall/room shall be opened 1 hour before the time specified for the commencement of the examination. No candidate
will be allowed to enter the examination hall/room after commencement of Examination.
4. No candidate shall be allowed to leave the Examination hall/room till the examination is over.
5. The candidate must write his/her roll number in the space provided in the Question Booklet and OMR sheet. The
candidate should read carefully the instructions appearing on the cover page of the Question Booklet as well as in the
OMR Sheet. Check that the Question Booklet supplied to him/her is not defective and if so, may procure another
correct copy from the Invigilator in lieu of the previous one. The Question Booklet Series and Question Booklet No.
must be mentioned/ marked properly by the Candidate in the OMR Sheet. The candidate should use only BLACK BALL
POINT PEN for the Examination. If a candidate write his/her name or puts any special mark(s) at any place in the OMR
Sheet and Question Booklet, which may disclose, in anyway, the identity of the candidate, he/she will render
himself/herself liable to disqualification.
6. The Candidate shall have to handover the original Question Booklet, OMR sheet and signed Provisional Admit Card to
the Invigilator before finally leaving the Examination hall/room.
7. Smoking, use of calculator, mobile phone or any of electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited within the examination
hall/room.
8. Candidate should also note that issuing of Provisional Admit Card does not confer the right to claim eligibility. Any
candidate is found guilty/unfit on any ground at any stage of whole recruitment process; his/her candidature is liable to
be rejected even after selection/ appointment.
9. Visually disabled or such PWD candidates who are unable to write by himself/herself may inform the Examination
Authority by E-Mail to query@tripurard.in to permit the services of a scribe at least 7 days before the date of
Examination. In that case the candidate should carry the self declaration signed by the scribe(format can be
downloaded from the tripurad.in) regarding educational qualification of the scribe. The scribe should also carry a valid
PhotoID to the exam center. The candidate will ensure that the qualification of the scribe is less than his/her
qualification. In case the declaration is found to be false even after the final selection the candidature will be cancelled.
