RESOLUTION NO. 02
Series of 2019
“ A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE UTILIZATION THE TEN PERCENT (10%) SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR
(F.Y) 2019 THE AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN PESOS (Php 311,497.00). FOR
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VARIOUS PROGRAMS PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES (PPAs) FOR YOUTH DEVELOPMENT AND
EMPOWERMENT OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN (SK) OF BARANGAY CALANTAC.”

WHEREAS, said Youth Development Plan serves as the basis for proper disbursements;

WHEREAS, The Katipunan ng Kabataan of Barangay Calantac wiil be in position to access the funds and
Proper implementation of the projects

WHEREAS, The Katipunan ng Kabataan of Barangay Calantac agreed the identified PPAs to be allocated under 10% SK from
General Funds of the Barangay;

WHEREAS, the PPAs of the SK in the barangay is a great component in the development of the barangay with peaceful and
orderly community;

WHEREAS, the PPAs of SK gives a vital role of the youth in nation building and thus, promotes and protects the youth in their
physical, moral, intellectual and social well-being in order to inculcate with them the values of patriotism, nationalism and
other desirable values, and encourages their involvement in the public and civic affairs in the barangay;

NOW THEREFOR, on motion of HON. EMMAMUEL C. DUQUE, SK Member duly seconded by all members present;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to APPROVED the SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN YOUTH DEVELOPMENT AND EMPOWERMENT
PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution shall be furnished the Office of the MLGOO,MR. ROMMEL N. AQUINO, DILG Field Office,
the Barangay Council of Barangay Calantac and other concerned for their perusal and information.
