AFFIDAVIT

I, GIOVANNI D. SUSUSCO, married, of legal age, Filipino, and with

residence at Crosan, Bulacao, Talisay City, Cebu, Philippines, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state, that:

1. That I am the legal counsel of Sps. Rodora Rasmussen and Soren Vest
Rasmussen and they engaged my legal services to handle the legal
matters in their real estate properties in Badian, Cebu, Philippines;

2. That sometime in July 27, 2017, Sps. Rodora Rasmussen and Soren Vest
Rasmussen gave me an amount of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED
FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P 2,150,000.00) as payment for the
following:

a. P 1,100,000 for payment of taxes;

b. P 300,000 for payment of my professional/attorney’s fees;

c. P 500,000 for payment of Transfer Fees and Miscellaneous fees;

d. P 250,000 for payment of Liaison and Processing fees;

3. That as proof that I received the said amount above mentioned, I issued
an Official Receipt to Sps. Rodora Rasmussen and Soren Vest
Rasmussen under Receipt No. 002998 dated July 27, 2017;

4. That on the following year in July 20, 2018, Sps. Rodora Rasmussen
and Soren Vest Rasmussen gave me an amount of P 2,612,499.9952 as
payment of the following:

a) P 2,089,999.9652 as payment for the Capital Gains Tax for the sale
of their properties;

b) P 522,499.9990 as payment for the Documentary Stamp Tax for the

sale of their properties;

5. That as proof that I received the said amount above mentioned, I issued
an Official Receipt to Sps. Rodora Rasmussen and Soren Vest
Rasmussen under Receipt No. 004004 dated July 20, 2018;

6. That as far as I know, Sps. Rodora Rasmussen and Soren Vest

Rasmussen has no more obligation pertaining to the matters of their
real properties as well as other incidental fees;
 7. As such, I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the
foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose that this affidavit may
serve.
