Theoriat Services is an Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resource Management organization, which primarily
focuses on SME Organizations. It has been operational since 2013, helping SME organizations to grow to the next level of their
businesses utilizing various strategies of business growth.
The mission of Theoriat Services is to utilize the power of people and process to enhance organizational growth strategy, implement
process, monitor changes and drive positive organizational change for the growth the SME organizations.

Theoriat USP:
HR and OD industry are completely unexplored business and only restricted to recruitment and basic HR processes. Most often,
companies get such involved into operational HR that they miss out on the “Human” part of Human Resource Management. This
Industry has immense opportunities to add value to the SME industry in India today and overall contribute towards the GDP growth
of the country. Our USP’s are those which are missing in the HR industry today.

We initially started providing our services to the SME’s in IT sector. Eventually we have extended our services to various market
segments both SME and MNC.

Theoriat Services was founded in the year 2013 in Pune & has been into business for last 7+ years, with a year on year growth of 25%.
There are 5 divisions on business operations:
• Organizational Development and Strategies
• HR Process designing and implementations
• Permanent and Contractual hiring
• Training and Development
• Change Management
We are a team of 15 individuals, from experience bracket of 2 years to 25 years of corporate experience. We only operate into both
SME sector and MNC organizations.
The client base of the company is spread across majorly 3 cities in India namely Pune, Mumbai and Bangalore with beginning of
international projects in Middle East.
Currently, we are working on 3 research projects to be filed for patent.
At any given point in time, the number of clients / projects handled by the team is 24. We have a record of 100% client retention.
Basic Qualifications Any graduate with MBA specialization in HR or Consulting or Sales & Marketing
Relevant / Technical Experience (In Years) Preferably 3+ Years
Total Experience (In Years) Preferably 5+ Years
- Conducting market survey and analysis of the challenges in the current SME
market by meeting clients and understanding their needs.
- Identification of market opportunities for specific global markets
- Create strategic plan for market penetration in sync with Sales Head and
implementation
- Planning for advertisement and awareness strategies and implementation.
- Customer behavior analysis for Manufacturing, Engineering and IT segment in
Job Description Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore and specific Industry lines
- Create a digital marketing plan for creating awareness about HR and OD in
the SME market & MNC market.
- Implementation of the strategic plan as designed, identify the challenges in
the plan implementation, finding solutions and reimplement the strategy.
- Meeting clients (clients with minimum 2000 employees and above or a
minimum turnover of 1000cr + ) and briefing about our services
- Create a pipeline of new clients
- Closure of minimum of 3 clients every quarter
