Opportunities for Test Administrative Staff
STS invites applications from suitable candidates (Male/Female) having domicile of Sindh Province to
work as Test Administration Staff in the below mentioned capacities at the Examination Center/Test
Centers throughout the Sindh Province.

1. Project Coordinators Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any 05
recognized University of Pakistan.
2. Divisional Directors Master or Bachelor Degree in any discipline from HEC 07
recognized University.
3. District Manager Minimum Bachelor Degree (14) years education in 29
any discipline.
4. Chief Exam Master or Bachelor Degree in any discipline from HEC 07
Supervisor recognized University.

5. Test Center Minimum Bachelor Degree (14) years education in 50

supervisor any discipline.

6. Physical Test Retired Armed Forces Officers equivalent below the 05

Supervisors rank of Major having experience of work at
Recruitment & Selection of the armed forces.

7. Resident Inspector Bachelor Degree in any discipline from HEC 20

recognized University. Must have 2 years Experience.

8. Skill Test Conductor Bachelor Degree in any discipline from HEC 05

recognized University.
Certificate in Shorthand /typing issued by an SBTE.

9. Invigilators Minimum Intermediate (12 years education) 1000

Important Information:
 Number of vacancies may increase / decreased before final selection.
 The applicant will have to appear in a screening test/interview that will be conducted in the
major cities of the province.
 The Successful incumbents will be paid an attractive remuneration per test based.
 Ex-Government Servants may apply.
 Competent Authority has right to accept or reject any or all application without any notice.
 Applications submitted BY HAND WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
 Test fee is neither refundable nor transferable.
