What is your objective for this activity: Ss will be able to identify and recognize new information while
listening to CD, learn new expressions, revise Present tenses, communication, dialogue, and pair
work activities

What sort of difficulties do you expect SS to have? How will you deal with them?
Students may have difficulties with new expressions, such as body language, postal service, telegraph, etc.,
and may also experience some difficulties while listening to certain exercises on CD

Play the recording for students to listen and repeat the Key
Words. Pay particular attention to the main stress in
expressions such as face-to-face conversation. Check that
