We are pleased to forward our Offer Letter and would like to formally welcome you join the growing family
of RobusTEK Solutions Private Limited as SAP MM Associate. Your scheduled date of your joining the
Company is August 1, 2012.

We are sure that you have had opportunities to understand in detail your job, the organization, etc. We
would be glad to provide any further clarification, if any.

We are in the process of building an organization, where professionals would find full satisfaction of a
challenging job and an interesting working environment. In this connection, we welcome your contributions
too.

Kindly return the duplicate copy of the offer letter, duly signed, as a token of your acceptance of the same.

Your employment shall be based on the following terms and conditions:

1. Probation and Confirmation:

You will be on probation for a period of six months and may be confirmed as a permanent employee
upon successful completion of your probation. In addition to your performance during the Probationary
Period, your confirmation as a permanent employee is subject to your submitting the requisite
documents as required by the Company.

2. Working hours:

The general work timing is from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. However, you are required to abide by the
timings of your Business Unit. We presently have a five-day work week.

3. Leave:

Your leave entitlements will be as per company policy which include:


a Privilege leave of 16 days per year of service.
b 10 National & Festival holidays every calendar year. A list of these would be announced every
year
c Maternity leave of 12 weeks and Paternity leave of 3 days

4. Transfer:

Your services can be transferred to anywhere in India or abroad. At such time compensation applicable
to a specific location will be payable to you.

5. Notice Period:

In the event of separation from the employment, during the probationary period, an advance notice of
15 days shall be given. Otherwise an amount equivalent to 15 days Basic Salary shall be payable in lieu of
the notice period, by either side. On confirmation as a regular employee, you will be required to give
one month notice or salary thereof in case you decide to leave our services subject to the Company's
discretion; in the event of you having any incomplete assignment, the Company will have the discretion
to relieve you only at the end of the one-month notice period. Similarly, the Company can terminate
your services by giving one month notice or salary thereof.

6. Increments and Promotions:

Your promotions and increments shall be subject to your performance and contribution to the Company
which will be assessed on a regular basis
7. Medical Benefits:

You are eligible for medical insurance as per company policy.

8. Retirement:

Your age of retirement shall be 58 years. However, the decision to retain you beyond 58 years rests with
the Company.

9. Background Verification
You have been employed on the basis of the particulars furnished by you. In case the said particulars
are found to be incorrect or it is found that you have concealed or withheld any relevant facts, your
employment with the Company shall stand terminated / canceled forth with without any notice

10. Confidentiality
a. You agree to sign and be bound by the terms of the Non-Disclosure, Non-Solicitation And Non
Competition Agreement required to be signed by you during the term of your employment with the
Company and at all times thereafter.

b. Further, the Executive also agrees to comply with the terms of any policies of the Company relating to
the protection of confidential information from time to time.

c. You are also required to strictly maintain as confidential and not divulge or communicate in any
manner, any information regarding your remuneration / terms of employment to any other employee
of the Company except your immediate superior. Any such disclosure will be considered a serious
Misconduct and breach of the terms of your employment.

11. Others:

During the tenure of your service with the Company, you shall devote your full time and attention to the
duties allotted to you and you shall not engage yourself directly or indirectly in any other business or
trade or work for any other person or company in any capacity including on part-time basis

c. Degree Certificate and mark sheets
d. Master’s Certificate and mark sheets (if applicable)
e. Any other certificates with supporting documents (if applicable)
2. Your relieving letter from your current, pervious organization(s) (if applicable)
3. Valid passport
4. PAN Card
5. Four copies of your recent color Passport size photographs
