For example, Divine Attack says ITEM_SUB_EQI_ADD_ATTACK under PotBase, indicating that it adds to attack.
Following this, it has a min of 100 and a max of 100, indicating that it adds 100 attack at all times.
Some min/max values have text characters instead of numerical values. When this is the case, copy what is found under
min/max and search for the matching row (via ctrl+F) in the Effects reference worksheet. The details of the effects would b
found here. What the effect does is designated by AttributeTag and (more importantly) ActTag. Some ActTags have two ran
of values (min1/max1, min2/max2), but how they interact depends on the trait, and it will come down to your own
interpretation and experimentation to find out what they do. For example, ITEM_EFF_POTENTIAL_083 corresponding to
Heightened Soul has an ActTag called ACT_PASSIVE_ADD_TURN_PROPOTION_POWER with a min1/max1 of 5 and a
min2/max2 of 100. It’s difficult to tell what it does from these numbers alone. From my own testing, I found that each turn
increases all stats by an amount equal to 5% of stats but caps out at a flat value of 100 to all stats.
