data from S.Y 2013 -2014 up to 2018-2019.
It shows that female has the highest
enrollment rate in the S.Y 2018 -2019
which 1371 compared to male which is
1238 a total number of 2609 enrollees.

The graph shows the school’s dropped out rate
from the S.Y 2014-2018. The S.Y 2018-2019 has the
lowest dropped out rate which is 2% Therefore, the
schools dropped out rate is constraint every school
year due to major reasons which are Distance
between home and school, peer influence, lack of
interest, illness, family problem and parents’ attitude
towards schooling.

PROMOTION RATE
The school’s promotional data indicates the
different promotional rate in every school year. In S.Y
2013-2014 the promotional rate is 80.38 lower than in
S.Y 2014-2015 which is 90.88%. It also increases to
95.5% in S. Y 2015-2016 and 2016 – 2017. In the
following year it decreases into 92.63% and in S.Y
2018-2019 it decreases to 88.07%.

School level based on SBM Assessment is in
Level 2 which is Maturing stage in Qualitative
Interpretation.

This survey is to be accomplished by the School
Planning Team, based on CFSS point system. The
school got a total of 29 points which is equivalent
to a” Child Friendly School”.

This report compares the actual ratio of learners to


teachers against the standard. From the presented
pie graph, it shows in that the current S.Y 2018-
2019 has a ratio of 45:1

STUDENT – CLASSROOM
RATIO
This report compares the actual ratio of learners to
classroom against the standard. Grade 7 has a ratio of
45:1, grade 8 – 43:1, grade 9 – 45:1 and grade 10 – 50:1.

STUDENT – TOILET RATIO


This report compares the actual ratio of
learners to toilet against the standard. From
the presented bar graph it shows that from the
two consecutive S.Y 2014-2015, and 2015-2016
pointed the same highest ratio level of actual
learners to toilet which is 200:1 compared to
S.Y 2016-2017, S.Y 2017-2018 and S.Y 2018-
2019 which is 100:1.

The bar graph shows that the school
has the actual ratio of learners to seat
which is 1:1 according to the standard
form.

This indicates the number of teachers who attended


training/further studies. The school conducted trainings which are the
MPRE-Mid Year Performance Review Evaluation and SLAC- School
Learning Action Cell these are with the same number of participants
which is 85.
FUNDING SOURCE

The funding amount and source of the school is from the MOOE-
Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses. For the S.Y 2017-2018 the
school received a funding amount of Php 3,089,000.00, noted that there
will be an increase every year.
