Responsibilities
• Map, structure and analyse online potential consumers and behavioural aspects in, but not limited
to, the Chinese market.
• Create & maintain accounts dedicated to the resort on, but not limited to, Weibo, WeChat,
Douyin (Tiktok), Red Book, Tmall and Fliggy.
• Boost brand awareness, assure consistent brand message and leverage social media activity by
creating visually appealing creative and posting daily on, but not limited to, above mentioned
channels as per minimum set requirements. This includes images, videos, live streams, Q&As and
other initiatives relevant for the brand on respective platform/audience.
• Dedicatedly respond to all social media comments and direct messages. & reply to guests’
reviews on Ctrip and Tuniu.
• Keep up to date and identify emerging relevant social media platforms, social media trends.
Encourage Chinese travellers to post on all social media platforms including Mafengwo.
• Assist with social media performance reports & monitoring competitors’ social media activities
and performance.
• Support the Cluster PR & Communications Manager in daily administration.
