 A team should consist of a maximum of 2 members.
 Last date to register is 22nd September 2019.
 Date of intimation of selected abstracts is 23rd September 2019.
 The paper should strictly follow standard IEEE two-column format (The format can
be downloaded from the internet).
 The paper should be in PDF format, readable in Adobe acrobat reader.
 Presentation should be less than SEVEN minutes.
 Maximum number of slides(12-15)
 Qualified candidates are required to bring along with them one soft copy of a Power
point presentation (preferably in a pen drive) and 3 hard copies of the technical paper
on the day of the event.
 The decision of the judges and event head shall be treated as final and binding on all.
 Participants will be evaluated based on their:
 1) Organisation skills and effective utilization of time.
 2) Confidence while presenting, presentability and preparedness.
 3) Spontaneity and aptness during questionnaire.
 4)Subject knowledge & background research and originality in presentation

HYDRO ROCKET
Rules :

 Rocket must be handmade, no ready-made rockets are allowed.

 The Rocket body must be made of plastic bottles. More than one bottle is
used but the total volume of the bottle is limited to 2.5 liters.
 Launch Pads must be brought by the participants.
 Use of Electronic components & Chemical components are strictly restricted.
 Contest will be held in single round.
 Maximum no. of participants per team should not exceed 3 members.

Rules for Robo Mario
1. There is only one round in the event.
2. Details of the round will be disclosed at the time of event.
3. In this event, the participant has to make a robot which can move along a path and
overcome the hurdles in the path.
4. The specifications of robot and rules and regulations are given below.
Robot specifications:
1. The maximum dimensions of the robot must be restricted to the path dimensions i.e; 35cm
x 35cm(lxb).
2. Both wireless and wired robots are allowed.

3. Ready made toy cars are not allowed.

4. The robot must operated only with the help of electrical base but not with the help of
pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and IC engines.

BATTERY and POWER :

1. The robot can be powered electrically only.

2. The electric voltage should not be more than 24V DC at any point of time.
3. Use of damaged, non-leak proof batteries may lead to disqualification.
4. Change of battery will be allowed during the round only in case of complete battery
discharge.
FEE:

Rules for Robo Soccer
1.There is only one round in the event.

3.In this event, the participant has to make a robot

1. The maximum dimensions of the robot must be restricted to the path dimensions i.e; 35cm

pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and IC engines.

5. No AC power will be guaranteed to the participants, even to charge the batteries. Backup
must be held by participants itself.
RULES and REGULATIONS:
1. Maximum of four members are allowed per team.
2. The robot should not damage the arena.
3. Unethical behavior can lead to disqualification.
4. The team which manages to score the maximum goals win. In case of draw it will be
sudden death.
5.The controller should stay behind his/her goal post.
6.The bots will be placed at opposite corner of the stage before start of each session.
7.The match shall be paused if bots were unable to move or if anything goes wrong Under the
direction of judges.The reset position will be determined by the same.
8.All teams will have to have their bots inspected by the coordinators before the
commencement of match.
9.Decision of the judge shall be final.

Rules :

 In this Art Exhibition craft work is also encouraged. So that they could be
more attractive.
 Not only on sheets , we accept any wood work drawings , match stick designs
etc...
 No one should place the given Art twice & should present drawing on A2
sheets.
 Every one should give the information about their work of art clearly.
 The drawing should not point out any region, religion, incidents or any
individual girls.
