Job Role will be same as below

1) Job Purpose

To drive systems/process trainings to store staff.

 Work with Recruitment and Training team to develop the overall team training
strategy

  Understand and analyse the training needs of the group.


  Evaluate and assess the training materials prepared
  Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure
manuals, guides and course materials such as handouts and
visual materials
  Be abreast of the latest changes in the subject
  Strategise the learning curve for the backfill
  Develop or obtain feedback mechanisms to judge the
effectiveness of the training
  Manage MIS for system training

  Prepare schedules (Time Tables)


  Organise the venue, infrastructure
and equipments required for the
Organizing training
  Ensure handouts are ready
  Be informed of the batch size ,
inform the batch of the training
schedules.
  Roll out the training program as per schedule
Delivery   Keep track of attendance

  Utilize relevant and effective evaluation criteria


and methods to ensure that all conducted training are
properly evaluated
Feedback   Implement the feedback mechanism to evaluate
the effectiveness of the training.
  Do gap analysis and develop and implement
