Education Services Proposal

I. Background

As a 6 months of being a student teacher, understanding that a teacher that understands

their (learners) strengths, weaknesses, and interests would be better able to help them
to be successful academically. They knew that someone who knew them as a learner
would be able to know what areas where they were struggling and be able to help them
through those struggles or know the areas where they were strong and build on those
strengths.

II. Objectives
 Prepare and educate students for the world.
 Both quantitative data and qualitative data will be used in teaching.
 Determine the level of their engagement in learning and hence performance
than their prior academic background.

III. Goals

1. Create and teach from lesson plans made under the supervision of a licensed public
or private school teacher.
2. Gradually takes responsibility for teaching
3. Be responsible for administrative duties associated with classes. This should
include attendance reports and other routine duties previously handled by the
cooperating teacher.
4. Assume responsibility for the grading of students in assigned classes.
5. Do duties in addition to daily classes. This could include study hall, small group
tutoring, or whatever is deemed necessary to make the schedule and experience as
complete as possible.

IV. Services

 Brings the teachers together to enhance a teaching skill.

 Learn and prepare for new changes in the state curriculum.
 Discuss grade level management and logistics and;
 Be trained to use a new learning system.
 Set the tone of the classrooms.
 Build a warm environment, mentor and nurture students, become role models,
and listen and look for signs of trouble.
 To teach knowledge to children.
