1. Tell me about yourself

My name is Jaswinder Singh Chaddha. I am pursuing my B. Tech in the stream of

Computer Science from Arya institute of engineering technology& management
in third year of four year programme with an aggregate of 62.85% till the fourth
semester.
I have done my Intermediate & High school from C.B.S.E Board with 57% and 6.6
CGPA respectively. I'm certified in Linux.

2. Describe your Career Objective

To secure a challenging position where I can transform my learning into
practical skills and gain knowledge which could enhance my capabilities.

3. Describe your Short Term & Long-Term Goals

I don’t have any short term goals in my life, if I would have one I would not opt
for Engineering.

My Long term goal is to become specialist in IT field and eventually want to

take responsibility as a project leader.

4. Professional Qualities

Confident: I have absolute certainty in the trustworthiness and belief to prove

myself in best possible way to achieve productivity.
 Leadership quality: I believe Leadership doesn’t mean to command over a team
to reach a goal, but it’s guidance, directions and enlightenment contributing
together with a help of mentor to achieve destination which I am capable of.

Communication: I am a person with a decent communication skill and can

deliver my views effectively to other person in 3 languages i.e. English and Hindi
and Punjabi.

Adaptable to any situation: I think adaptability is the major factor that everyone
should acquire, because we are not supposed to stay in a comfort zone, I am
flexible for any situation

Good Listener: I am good listener as I think that everyone’s views always holds
importance.

Hardworking: I am a person who believe in smart work but there can be some
situations in which we have work hard to achieve goals so do I.

5. Describe your Strengths and Weaknesses

Strengths:
My Strength is to work hard in any given situation in estranged group & helping
tendency. My greatest Strength is my parents. My mother is always tell me
"don't give up my son, you are the best."

I think my strength is also my positive attitude, even during the most hardest of
time. I always try to handle the situation according to time.

Weaknesses:
My greatest Weakness is that I am an emotional person I trust people very
soon.

6. My Hobbies
 My Hobbies include learning new technologies and Surf internet.

7. Why you should hire me?

Being a fresher, I wanted to show my skills and looking for a platform to

perform my best simultaneously I would be learning things which were not
taught in institution. I would be really glad to be a part of your organization and
will utilized my technical skill in organization for upgradation. As per job
description I have the set of skills which you have demanded for and have faith
to prove it.

8. Where do you see your self in 5 years from now?

As a newbie, I am assuming by first five years will be a huge learning and

transformative curve for me. I have to absorb much of the industry knowledge
and also to sharpen my technical abilities. In next five years I see myself playing
various roles in the team from a developer to leading a team.

I would like to see myself on one of the senior positions in the organization
contributing to technology as well as participating in business growth. I hope
that I will be in position with relevant experience by then. My Long term goal is
to become more responsible and knowledgeable personality and impart my
skills in organization.

Also in the mean time I have more couple of goals which would enhance my
skills like to learn more and more technologies and getting more certifications,
ultimately more growth opportunities in organization.

I would like to work and contribute in the field of most recent technologies and
advancements. I would like to get take up some of the major technology
certifications.

9. Who is the most inspiring person in your life?

My greatest inspiration is my mother. She has always thought of me to not
worry about my weakness and take maximum advantage of my strengths. This
has developed a lot of confidence in me.
