That this Deed of Absolute Sale made and executed by and between:

ITO TRUCKING & TRANSPORT SERVICE, INC., a corporation duly organized and existing
under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with postal address at

by IRINEO A. MANAHAN, hereinafter called the VENDOR,

hereinafter called the VENDEE
WITNESSETH: That
For and in consideration of the amount of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY
(500,000,00, Philippine currency, receipt of which sum is hereby acknowledged, the
VENDOR has SOLD, TRANFERRED AND CONVEYED, and by these presents, does SELL,
TRANSFER, AND CONVEY unto the VENDEE, his heirs, successors and assign the certain
motor vehicles more particularly described as follows:
