Things to bring: RECOMMENDED DEBUG MODE OPERATION USING PICDSM
1. Drill & bits
2. Tester STEP 1: Enter “DEBUG” or “debug” to access the debug menu
STEP 2: Enter “S” to turn off the watchdog timer so that the arQ will not reset

while you are in the debug menu configuration

DOST-ASTI SERVER NUMBERS
To make sure installation can be viewed in the visualization website,
ensure to update Firmware version from 2.7 to 4.0 through backend.

WIRING DIAGRAM TESTING RAIN GAUGE USING INTERRUPT
Test the actual ARG by tipping the bucket for checking functionality. If no
reading check all possible test points using interrupt (bring wire for
testing).

If no reading of the actual sensor, try to use this process.

MAIN BOARD REGULATED VOLTAGE: 3.3 VOLTS arQ V 4.0 WIRING
If reading is below standard voltage, means it cannot power on arQ, pull
out and replace.

GSM MODULE VOLTAGE: 3.9 VOLTS


If reading is below standard voltage, means arQ will not able to send
data, pull out and replace.

DATA LINE POWER BOARD 1 VOLTAGE: 18 VOLTS
If reading is below standard voltage, no reading from Lufft sensor, when
PB settings is set 22, it will read 18 volts upon sensor poll. To check 18volts
reading kindly set PB setting to 11, then restore to default for Agromet PB
setting: 22. Replace PB if no reading even if it is set at PB 11.

POWER BOARD 2 VOLTAGE: 5 VOLTS


If reading is below standard voltage, no reading from soil and sunshine
duration sensor, when PB settings is set 22, it will read 5 volts upon sensor
poll. To check 5volts reading kindly set PB setting to 11, then restore to
default for Agromet PB setting: 22. Replace PB if no reading even if it is set
at PB 11.

TEST POINTS USING TESTER

SOLAR PANEL VOLTAGE: 18-22.3 VOLTS


If reading is below standard voltage, it’s not charging the battery, check
SP and clean.

Any Ground points at arQ

LEAD ACID BATTERY VOLTAGE: 12-14 VOLTS


If reading is below standard voltage, means low battery needs charging,
may cause system to enter power saving mode, check SP connection and
clean.
