Do you think motivation is an important factor or strategy in your subordinates?


Why?

Interviewee #1: Yes, kasi para ganahan sila sa ginagawa nila sa work or kahit sa work
place.

Interviewee #2: Yes, Important siya san pa ba kukuha ng strength para mag trabaho?
Syempre they need motivation, in any type or anything. Basta this will help them to work
harder and more efficient in every day work nila.

How do you motivate them?

Interview #1: Kinakausap ko sila if may problem then give advice and chinicheer up
namin sila.

Interviewee #2: In simple ways saktong libre libre pa yosi, pa merienda ganon and if
may event kaunting dagdag sa mga sahod nila in that way magaganahan sila mag
trabaho mas mabilis matatapos mga Gawain, pag maaga matapos mga gawain, pag
maaga matapos maaga makakapagpahinga lahat makikinabang.

Is it effective? In what way?

Interviewee #1: Kinakausap ko sila if may problem then give advice and chinicheer up
namin sila.

Interviewee #2:
Do you use the same motivation strategy to everyone? Or it varies?

Interviewee #1: It depends, pero madalas ayun yung sinasabi ko kasi halos lahat sila
karamihan is problem ay yung sa work/ kasamahan.

Interviewee #2: Yes, Minsan paulit ulit pero in somecase minsan nag iiba di naman
lahat ng tao is pare parehas so minsan iniiba ko yung approach sa kanila on paano ko
sila ka kilala.

Do you think that motivation has a huge effect towards an employee’s efficiency
and effectivity?

Interviewee #1: Yes Malaki ang epekto neto sa mga empleyado dahil para ganahan
silang pumasok at magtrabaho sa araw araw ay kailangan nilang mamotivate at
maappreciate ng kanilang employer upang maging kumportable at mas lalong sipagan
ang kanilang pag trabaho.

Interviewee #2: Yes! Malaki ang epekto nito in my experience malaki ang naitutulong
nito para sa company tsaka sa ambiance sa loob ng workplace tsaka sa attitude ng
bawat isa.

As a leader? Does motivation towards employees must be a priority?

Interviewee #1: Yes because a happy and motivated employee is a key to a successful
company.

Interviewee #2: Yes and No, Yes because maganda naidudulat nito overall, no kasi if
you prioritize yung pag motivate edi parang iniispoil mo sila na ganon kadali yung pag
tratrabaho syempre you motivate them pero dapat may makukuha ka din incharge sa
mga binibigay mo as a leader you want them to grow as a individual, more mature, para
mas maintindihan nila yung essence ng pag wowork nila.
Analysis

Looking at the answers of both interviewees, it is safe to say that they both agree
in saying that motivation towards employees is really important. However both of them
have different ways in motivating their employees but both of them find it effective. Based
on their answers they have used specific theories of motivation in motivating their
employees like Maslow’s theory of motivation and the relativeness part of Alderfer’s ERG
theory. There are a number of theories and strategies of motivation out their but it looks
like the strategy that is mostly being used is giving incentives or materialistic things in
order to boost motivation and talking to them personally about certain things that bothers
them.

Motivation is a must for everyone especially inside the workplace because as like
both of the interviewees have said motivation of the workforce is very important towards
the success of the company.
